Preorders terms and conditions
1. Preorder period STATED AT THE TOP OF EACH PREORDER POST (may be extended or closed early)
2. all payment has to be made within 2 days of order confirmation and/or before closing date, whichever is earlier.
3. Items may be out of stock, and refunds will be made in such a case
4. allow 3-8 weeks from closing date for items to arrive at FashionCream before forwarding to you via poslaju
5. We reserve the right to cancel the preorders and refunds will be made in such a case
6. All local postage costs have to be borne by buyers 7. No refunds or exchange if size is wrong or buyer subsequently changes mind

All prices do not include postage. Postage is to be borne by the purchaser and this goes by weight. Currently delivery service is available within Malaysia. For international orders, please enquire with us.
All due care has been taken to ensure the quality and similarity of the clothing is identical with that as displayed. However, at certain times, the colour of the items displayed may not represent the actual item colour which may be due to colour lighting, photography lighting. As such, items may not represent 100% similarity to that of the pictures displayed.
Seller will not be responsible for any loss of items during delivery. However, be assured that items will be shipped by registered mail which can be tracked.
~ Exchange/Refund policy: NO exchanges/refunds are allowed for ALL items if buyer subsequently changes mind on design or size.
~Exchanges/refunds are only allowed for major tears and holes. Defects have to be reported within 3 days of items receipt, after which, no exchanges shall be entertained. (All due care has been taken to inspect the goods before sending out, therefore, it is unlikely that items will have major defects).
